Hi guys,

I couldn't find any other topic concerning my problem so I thought I should start a new one.

I have an IGT I-Game 044 slot machine with the Cleopatra 2 game and it was working fine until two days ago when it gave out a bunch of error messages (coin in jam, coin out jam, meter disconnected) all of a sudden. I located the problem to be one of the cards/boards that is located on the door (I think it's a SENET interface board). Previously I did a ram clear and key chip operations  (NOT clear motherboard eeprom) thinking that this might solve the problem but this resulted in losing the license on the game. I have done ram clear and key chip many times before previously and this has never happened to me. Now my machine says UN-LICENSED GAME and when I try to change the currency it gives out message "Game is not currently licensed". I have heard somewhere that there is a way around this problem if you have another operational machine with same game. I have another operational Cleopatra 2 machine, so if any of you knows something or has some other ideas i would really appreciate the help.

Thanks in advance.

Cleo II is one of many iGames that is licensed by IGT and they seem to believe that if it is sold second-hand, that the new owner is required to register with IGT and pay a "Royalty". I have clients who have bought used machines from IGT and every time they need to re-configure (RAZ) a machine, they need to send the code displayed to IGT for an enable code. I suspect that you may have a challenge on your hands.
