I found someone selling a 25 pin LCD that would be great for my machine.. but it has the 25 pin
plug and I need the 19 pin. I'm running a 3802 but I'm planning to upgrade to a 3902 in the near
future.

Any chance I can make it work? Trying to find a schematic to get the pin out.. but no luck yet.

Also, you may be able to just contact the LCD manufacturer for a 19 pin wiring harness. I bought 4 ceronix 25 pin slide-in LCD monitors and the 19 pin harness for that model was $16 from ceronix. Very easy to switch out the harnesses.
