I got a few 044 games in. Some are great when they load up, while others have this "DSA" or "SHA" failure. Does anyone know how to get rid of these failures?

I hear you figured out the issue and got everything working.

Make sure the cards are seated fully etc.

nope still have some boards with dsa and sha problems.

Does anyonehave 044 games that uses the 128 flash ? what are some of the titles?

Those errors are common when the board has failed and needs to be replaced.   Also I take it you already tried clearing / reseating the flash board.  TAN boards fail more than the green ones.
