Unable to get the upper vision monitor outside border to power up red. Swapped monitor with one that does work from another machine, still doesn't work. All other functions normal.

Machine is new to me but I saw the bezel light up red on a identical machine.

I believe the attract ring is controlled by the software. You may have a software set that doesn't support the attract ring. You could always switch MPU's and upper card with the other machine to see if that's the case.

Finally found problem with the attract ring not illuminating, mother board NG. Changed board, works as published.
