Ok...My Dad gave me this Bally E2831-32  25cent 3 line slot, it had one issue and I found it but not sure how to fix it because I don't know what the part is called that is broken.
(see pic below) On the back of the middle reel there are a series of levers, there is a metal pin that broke off...it looks as if it was a rivet...or riveted in place on the tip of this lever. Can I just drill this out and replace it with a screw and nut of the same size, shape and length? What is this part called and can I find a replacement? Drilling it out would be the easiest way to replace it, otherwise I will have to take this reel assembly all apart

This is a second pic of the part I have that is broken, it is a pin that looks as if it was riveted in place the head broke off. Can I drill out the head and replace it? or do I have to buy a new lever?
