For Youtube you'll have to register first. There is a place to upload video. Then you take your video & upload it. It takes time to upload.
I'm not sure if there is another program you can use.
Maybe someone else will chime in with better advice,
If you have a problem after you sign in youtube email me & if I'm up I'll try and walk you through.

Register with youtube
@ top of page -- upload
Click on upload video & put it in.
When it's done there will be a location comes up @ top
Copy & paste it into your NLG message
