That jumper plug connects the optic inputs to ground fooling the machne into thinking the optics are installed.
I think if you configure the machine as coinless it ignores the optic inputs but that may depend on which game ROMS you are using.

I don't see a power distribution board on my machine.My question since my s2000 was a 3 reel being converted to 5 reel,is this power distribution board only found on a 5 reel machine?

No, I have a Netplex/Power Distribution board in the topbox and the machine was originally a 3 reel machine.
I have since converted it to a 3 reel + bonus reel machine now and am still using the N/PD board for
other things such as a topbox printer, progressive display, speaker/sound board power, candle/fluorescent lighting.
