I don't need to park her car outside. You must have misunderstood. I have a three car garage and the single car part of the garage is completely empty waiting for me to turn it into a area for my toys. Smiley

In just under three weeks I've bought a Slot Machine, an Arcade Machine and yesterday I bought a Jukebox. I blame all of you! (At least that's what I'm telling my wife). Wink

Well, I guess I'm not. I sent the broken one off in the mail to be repaired and he never received it and it did not get returned to me. I'm gonna post in the wanted forum to see if anyone has one, if not I'm screwed. Sad

Ok, thanks to Jim at Blue Ridge Slots and another member here I am back in business! I'm kind of afraid to try the key chip again as I had so many (self inflicted) problems with having to keep removing chips last time. Can someone point me onward the easiest way to key the machine with the least amount of "removing" chips list?

Thanks!

Glad you are back up, You should be able to do all the key chip changes in one swap. If you have problems with chips you might want to look into a ZIF socket. They allow you to insert and remove a chip with just a throw of a lever. About $9 at most suppliers.

I can't believe I didn't think about the ZIF socket before, thanks!

Thanks as well for all of your "other" help!

I have to admit, when people learn I have my Ph.D. in database engineering and have worked for Google and Microsoft they think I should have no problems with these chips and circuit boards, but I'm a software guy not a hardware guy. All they see is a "computer" and think I should be able to do it all. (My relatives are the worst at that). ;-)
