CD-Rom verification error IGI Wild Monkeys

I have a IGI Wild Monkeys Video slot machine, it powers up fine but when it gets to the CD-Rom verification program it gets a verification error. I think the disk I have is damaged. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a new disk .  :99-
