Does anyone know the proper settings to make an I-Game accept a ticket using either the test app or the simm?

I have played around with the settings but have yet been able to get it to work.   -  Specifically there are redemption settings and validation settings =

I ask because when I insert a ticket I don't see any event generated by the machine - nothing just takes it in then spits it out.
