Just picked up a machine to refurbish.  Their is a switch that counts the coins going in but it is just hanging in the machine and cant figure out where it goes in the cc unit.  If some has a picture and could post it that would be great.   Also I need a video driver board the one in the machine is shot.  I get a very faint red picture.

Thanks

I do! Hope this helps. CLICK for the bigger picture. If it's the lever, you may be able to reattach it, after you bend it back into shape. If it's your switch or the lever is too messed up, I think foxslots sells those. He's on ebay and on this forum. Just message him. Someone else may know another vendor if he doesn't carry the switch for an IGT.

Thanks for the photo that helps.  The switch does work.  I had the video working just long enough to see the system work.  I will check with foxslots, maybe he will have the video card I need.

Have you checked ALL your connectors and potentiometers, especially the ones on the pc card just on top of the CRT?
I bought my Fortune 1 supposedly "broken." The video was all washed out. I simply started to fiddle with all the pots and the picture/colors all came back. I carefully sprayed some good contact cleaner in all the pots and the problem has gone away, although I'm now working on a video height issue.

This board is in very bad shape.  I think there are pots missing for vertical and Horizontal adjustment.   I uploaded two photos of the board.  if you could verify it for me that would be great.

You're missing R4 and R5, both the same value. The part number from the side is 68WR1M (8123P). Not sure what the last number is but they're trimming resistors. I'm not sure if this small PC board is an IGT part or a PC from the CRT manufacture. I have manuals for both. I'll PM them to you. Here's a link to the part you need. There are probably many sources. I just found this one first. Also to consider. There may be a REASON why those parts aren't there! Hopefully the rest of the board was good and just used for parts but there may be more wrong with that board. I'm definitely no expert on CRT's or the Fortune one...yet!

I'd check Craigslist periodically. They show up here in California from time to time. It might be worth keeping and just looking for another one for parts. There are others here that know a lot more than I do on this and on availability of parts. I'd keep posting...hopefully someone else will chime in.
