I have a WMS X-Factor in need of a new pull-arm, I have never replaced one before so I'm curious are they hard to replace or even worth replacing?

If the pull arm is anything like a BB1, it has 2 micro switches that detemine the position of the handle, there is a bolt that threads into the round handle from the inside. In the bolt is a washer with notches that when turned trips either of the micro switches. If you remove that bolt, the handle should pull out, then the chrome colored cover falls off. There should be 4 or 6 bolts holding the plate that houses the switches to the side of the machine. Typically what happens is the main bolt loosens and either bends the lever on the micro switches or doesnt touch them at all.
Attached is a pic of a BB1 mech arm removed.

Hope this helps.
