Hi.

Getting error message ron  1  on my x-factor dotmation.  There are 5 chips on the board marked for x-facor, would like to obtain new eprom not sure what Information I need to ask for the right one(s).

  Hello....    Rom 1  means the XU2 chip needs to be replaced.       Bill

Thank you!!  I kind of thought that was the chip but I was not sure. 
Could you possibly tell me a good place to obtain a new X-factor XU2 chip?
