Need help with a Bally EVO Hopper Jam/Error

Need help to troubleshoot a Bally EVO v8700 thats comming up with "Game Disabled Hopper Jam/Error"

Anybody ever have this happen?  Is there a way to just bypass the hopper to get the machine up and going?
