GOOD POINT BUT THIS IS THE ONLY INDUSTRY THAT TEACHES SHOTGUNNING MONITORS AND BOARDS TO PEOPLE THAT SHOULD NOT HOLD A SOLDERING IRON. I SEE WAY TO MANY BOARDS TOSTED BY SHOT GUNNERS.

I WENT TO ONE OF THE TECH FEST AND LISTEN TO RANDY FROMM (HE A GREAT GUY) TELL THE CLASS SHOTGUN THOSE CAP AND MONITORS AND AFTER CLASS A FEW OF THEM LEAVE AND SAY THEY CAN FIX IT ALL.  THAY CAN'T SOLDER AND BURN UP MORE BOARDS THEN WHAT SHOT GUNNING IS WORTH. PLUS SHOT GUNNING DOSE NOT ALWAYS FIX THE PROBLEM AND THEN YOU WASTED ALL THAT TIME AND PARTS. BUT WAIT MOST OF THE CASINO'S DON'T PAY VERY GOOD FOR SHOT GUNNERS. CHEEP PEOPLE TO ATEMP CHEEP FIXES.

THIS IS HOW I FEEL. SHOT GUNNERS MAKE BETWEEN 8 TO 16 DOLLARS HOUR. TECHS MAKE 24 TO 50+ DOLLARS AN HOUR IN THIS INDUSTRY.

I FIX THE SHOTGUNNER'S ERRORS. SHOT GUNNERS SECURE MY JOB, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS AND THANKS.
