I have a problem with my Bally e-1096-10.  It is jammed with the arm half pulled and the Tilt light is on.  Is there a tilt reset somewhere?  Any help would be great.  Feel free to email me

Most likely the damper on the right hand side of the reel assembly is gummed up and stuck.
Did this machine work before? or did you just get it and try the handle and it stuck that way?

If you just got it, then your most likely in a jam (no pun intended, but it is funny  Duh! ) You will have to manually release the ratchet gear and see if the handle will return. They are by design not to return until it makes full travel. However if the damper is stuck it wont allow for full travel.
