I'm looking for someone to service/repair a Super Pac-Man arcade. Thanks in advance,

Hey, sorry to have missed this thread... Need more information.

Is it a monitor issue with a distorted display or is it a logic board problem? Are there any error messages on the screen?

the monitor is out/completely blank, but sound works. Had it repaired once about 4 years ago but it went out again shortly after.

What model of monitor is it? (hint: Not the label on the side of the glass tube)
