I've had great luck with Bruce at www.bcspinball.com.  The flashers really make a modern game pop.  The regular LED's are good, as well.  Just be sure to match the insert color with the LED color.

I've replaced all the flashers on my 3 games, and many LED's.  I've got an order on the way that will replace almost all of the insert LED's on my games.  Much brighter than regular bulbs.

that is what I am a little worried about, that the lights are too bright. I think I will try BCspinball and convert firepower or Demolition man. thanks

I don't think they're too bright.  There is on GI bulb that is in direct eye-line with the player.  In the future, I will replace that one with a frosted version, as it is a bit too bright.  However, when your're replacing lights under the playfield, you will not have this problem.
