Change the batteries with the game ON and you don't
loose any settings!

Also i remote mount all pinball batteries. this way if they
leak you ruin a $5 battery holder instead of a $300 CPU board.
And then changing the batteries is less of an issue.
the batteries are find as long as they are
A) not leaking
B) 1.2 volts each or greater.

A lot of people recommend changing the batteries
yearly, because leakage is the biggest issues. and
$2 worth of batteries changed every year is good
insurance. but i have so many games i let it go
a lot longer. And again, they are all remote mounted.

I change all of my batteries in all 6 of my machines when I do the smoke alarm batteries with the time change in spring ahead and fall back. I have never had any issues. I change the batteries with the game on and never lose my settings as noted above. Does anyone have a Lethal Weapon 3 for sale ?

Also... never just leave them in. They will eventually leak and ruin the board.

I am donating the game to an auction on August 31st to benefit teenage suicide prevention. Their website is www.sptsnj.org. Joe Pesci autographed a translite for me, so the game should bring a good buck for the cause. Last year the Waterworld I donated sold for $ 2,700 at the event. My 2 Pachi machines brought in another $ 450 dollars. How much shipped to NJ  08527 for a shopped machine with lamps and rubbers done with a topper and the gun handle ? PM me and I will give you additional information.
