I need to know which clear/set chip I need to enable EFT (if it is even possible on this software).  Thanks in advance.

No PSR for XM00003P, but here's one for XMP00006, which may be what you need.

Thank you very much.  Looks like i'm outta luck for SAS EFT on this version.  If you know anybody that is looking to sell a set of PE+ chips(with the proper set/clear chip) that will support SAS EFT, please let me know.
