i purchased a cherry masters video machine, when i plugged it in the port test screen is on and i cannot get it off.  does anyone know how to remove this or fix the problem?

i am newly registered to this site and looking for some info on how to fix my cherry masters machine i bought.  when i plugged it in i get a port test screen and cannot get anything else.  does anyone know where i go from there?

One of the "two" test/books buttons are stuck or locked in the closed position. This port test will come up when you press the book button while powering up.
