Try checking all the proms on the board see if they are seated tight . then power it back up . if problem is still there try a hard ram clear in settings but you will have to re set all your games and payouts etc .. it just sounds like a eprom wiggled loose in the move .also check the edge connector ..

first off there is a manual for this in downloads i believe ?? but if not you have to turn what they refer to as the "red" key   it could be any color key switch to re set  the hard ram reset on power up .. you turn machine off ..turn key into correct position .. some are wired that you have to turn jackpot re set key on also ? and hold if spring loaded also .. then it allows you to hit options as factory reset . pick the hard ram reset ..

if you hear a bong type noise your there just not turning key to correct position to enter .. hope this helps

On a old Blackberry now so I cant see any pictures. Have to wait until I get home sunday to see it. If you had it working? And just moved it ? From one place in home to another. And your stuck on one screen with a error code etc.  You have to have a key switch or a 3 wire connector you can cross with a paper clip to allow you to enter "ALL" the topics of the settings of machine. There has to be one period a key switch or just 3 wire connector left hanging? Because that's how you enable or disable games + set denominations + % payouts for each game. Is the touch screen responding to anything after power up ? Look for the in most cases the POG uses a 3M micro touch controller. Size of bar of soap light tan in color. When you touch the touch screen you should see a tiny green light dimm or go out for a second. Check that see if all connections to that are in place. The touch screen will only have 3-4 wires coming off it one will be orange one green one tan. Going to the controller screwed to machine or held on with velcro.  Had a member last week same thing with 3 machines. Poor grounds of touch screen = no response of touch screen. Plus is the AC plug grounded ? That's the best I can do until I see a picture or more details. Feel free to PM if you want.

check the eprom in socket "U" -3 that's the one with no sticker on it on upper left corner of board if you could face it head on from your pictures . that prom is not seated fully it is raised up on one end and that is enough to cause your trouble . press down firmly but don't crack the board etc ..

then do that to every chip non soldered in place on board also .. from your pictures i studied for about 5 minutes although not the greatest they do let me see the U-3 CHIP not fully seated .. its on a stacker / riser because the legs of chip are longer and if you removed the stacker you would bend the legs if you tried to put the chip in the socket without it . it also controls part of the boot up of the game . so that is the suspect i would go for first ..

the other part i wrote on my blackberry above is also a plausible area to look into .. poor grounds of touch screen & the user .. don't have machine on carpeted floors etc
if the wires are plugged into controller etc . from the looks of pictures the controller is in the above half of cabinet from the color of wires it looks like a standard 3m  micro touch .. you never mentioned if you had a standard CRT tube display ?? or if it was converted
to a LCD Display ?? my guess its still a CRT =CATHODE RAY TUBE MONITOR . with 3M  Micro touch overlay touch screen .

try that out then power up see if machine recovers
but somewhere there still is a 3-wire plug that goes to a key switch or just left hanging inside cabinet to set up the board once you build it and down the road want to switch games since you can only have 12 active games you have four inactive games you could always switch to once you find the key switch or 3-wire plug to cross with paper clip to enable access to the full options of board that are on the far left side of screen when machine normally boots up
any trouble send me a PM -personal message and i will send you my email address to send you pictures of a what to look for etc .
