I'm looking for a game chip for a s2000 double diamond an would like to know if the SS3819 would work.

Assuming the SS3819 is indeed an S+ Double Diamond 3R5L5CM 97% reel chip -
I see no reason why it shouldn't work in an S2000 -
provided you have an SB001000 chip to accompany it.
