I have not made a post since 4-13 and since then I have been flammd with neg karma why? On that date I was +4 now I am at -20 what gives?

Happens to me a lot. Why I don't know.
Personally, I only give positive Karma.
I was always taught that if you can't say something nice about somebody then don't don't say it at all. (Or in these cases, Express it.)
