Title: Namco Ms pac/galaga monitor problem. Works great a while, then goes out

untill you unplug & re-plug the game. Then it comes right back up. Great picture. From the cross refference on the wg site it says this is a model # WGM2574-U4G55H.
Any help will be much appreciated....

HEAT......
Get a can of freeze mist or use a can of compressed air upsidedown (come out cold) and spray power devices...regulators,horizontal output device.Regulators have built in temp overload so they shut down. run it until it dies, then hit these parts quickly and see if it comes back up...

In addition to Kirk's suggestion monitors often develop "cold" (intermittent/cracked) solder joints over a period of time.   I suggest removing the monitor and flipping it over to inspect them, especially the solder side of connector pins and the high voltage transformer.  A magnifying glass of some type is usually best for locating them, and anything that looks suspicious should be re-flowed (touched up with a soldering iron).
