Well I bought a Cham III in hopes of installing it in the player tracking area of one of my machines...either an S2K or S+, but
I need info as to wiring harness, hookup, etc.  Since it is supposed to be all self contained, I believe it needs only a power harness and a
pulse connection.  All I have is the display itself, no wiring etc..    Scratch Head   Scratch Head

Anybody got a Cham3 manual etc?????

I have setup the Cham II+ to a IGT S+ and S2000 so it should not be any different.
Send me the docs and I can look them over and give you advice on configuring the slot and the Cham III

Below is a photo of Magic's CHAMIII.
I cannot remember if it needs to be hooked up to a CON2 via the 6-pin header?
Or is that 6-pin header somehow harness configured into a 10-pin connector header onto
the Netplex Power Distribution board up in the top box of an S2000?  Scratch Head 2

I've also attached an old video of me fooling around with it but I know I never programmed it or
hooked it up to anything other than a 5Vdc wallwarts Power Supply pack.
I've never uploaded it to the stayouttadabunker2 youtube account I've created before.
I don't think there's any sound...I was just fooling around with it at the time.
I did it just to document what it does really,... in testing mode... stir the pot / get cooking
What was cool about it is that it is a very compact system -
a much smaller footprint than a CHAMII or CHAMII+ in a topbox area.
but I believe it needed to be hooked up to a CON2
and not too many guys have them.
I remember paying around $200 bucks for a CON2 - not cheap! lol
It's far better economical route to go with the Netplex displays for the S2000.
I'd hate to make him a communication harness for it if he doesn't own a CON2 ( if that's needed?)
or does a modified/jumpered serial connector header on the unit go to the PSP program directly ?
I think I have to dig around for it again and see if it does or not... stir the pot / get cooking>>>
