It's probably obvious but I can't figure out how to add tickets to the printer when it runs out.  It's not obvious to me.  I would think it has to be pretty easy since the attendant at a casino wouldn't want to spend a lot of time doing this.

There are black hash marks on the "floor" of the printer where the tickets sit. The tickets have the same black markings. To refill tickets, you match up the marks. (don't pay attention to the words "This Side Up" on the tickets, thats for the customer to read when inserting the ticket back into a machine after they cash out. Then feed one into the printer and hit the Feed button.

Thanks.  I guess a more basic question is...how do you open up the printer?  When I open the front of the slot machine, the ticket printer appears to be attached from the top by a metal screw or screws.  Do you have to unscrew it?  I just thought there had to be a simpler way.  I'm very new to this.

The printer is mounted to a slide tray. Pulling on the front bezel of the printer should allow it to slide out towards you

Oh, and you will need to do this with the machine door OPEN.

Thanks.  I feel silly.  It wasn't obvious to me that it slid out.  I appreciate the replies.

No worries. It's not real obvious...
