Post by: rumjar86 on December 23, 2013, 10:39:51 PM
Hey guys. I have an issue with a IGT LED chasers topper ring that I can't find much details about them. I am after what the required voltage and if anyone has some idea of schematics would be even more of a help. the tag I have on it is
ASSY No. 75125201 REV A
it's from a MASH topper.
thanks
Josh

For IGT topper: Ring LED's are 12 VDC and the Back Light is 24 VDC.

does anyone have info on the part that is near the 12volt power pins, I am having issues trying to figure out what it is (1A 125W <LF> 460 ) I am thinking it is a resistor but am not sure. I think it may be the issue why I can't get the LED's to run. I have tried basic continuity tests and get no readings from that one part. every other resistor and diods work fine. please any advice would be greatly appreciated.

just an update figured it out... it's a fuse..lol
so now the issue is do i replace it with another surface mount for now or try and solder a basic spade fuse holder on for testing.
any suggestions would be great
