This is a bally s5500, the red light blinks continuously.  I've read a few post and it appears this means board is bad?  The customer had replaced the battery himself and had made a mess of the solder joints.  I removed the battery and replaced/soldered battery in properly.  I think he may have burnt a couple of the board tracing.  When I perform the clear there are no numbers displayed and the red light on front of board just blinks.  There are no bent legs on any chips and all are in correctly.

Anyone have a list of problems that cause light to blink?
