Title: Re: Door open M & coin in jam error at start up Post by: Foster on January 23, 2011, 02:58:48 AM A couple things to check (Power off)
Locate the door I/O board mounted at an angle on the left end of door below the VFD but is not the VFD driver. The VFD driver has white plastic cover. The I/O board is on the front of that panel behind the VFD driver, if you machine has the older VFD display. You will want to carefully pull the I/O board up about 1 inch and reseat it. Also locate the Cabinet i/O boad and do the same (its mounted to the side of the MPU cover. How you know you found the I/O boards they have a flat metal handle on them. The door I/O board will have a connector plugged into the molex near the handle. The Cabinet I/O may or may not have something plugged into the connector at the handle. Title: Re: Door open M & coin in jam error at start up Post by: Buzz on January 23, 2011, 04:10:40 PM Foster The door I/O doesn't allways have a flat metal handle. I have two machines that both have the 10 button play deck, both of these machines have two door I/O's and both are the Black plastic. I don't think they will interchange with the metal ones.
