I think teccor.com sells them. Digi-Key only sells the TO-220AB package with the same specs...it would work, but you'd have to bend the legs to make it fit. Can you pull one off an old board? I haven't looked at my spare 10 MHz board that the battery leaked on. Are you sure it is a Triac? It is very small and looks like a Transistor. Q 13 looks more like a Triac. But I'm not a expert. From everything that I know about these MPU boards and IGT is that they outsourced their board construction to places all over the world to have their boards made and not all the boards used the same exact part numbers. There were several revisions as well and everytime they do a revision, it seemed like the part numbers changed a little. It's basically a crapshoot that the part number I have on my board is the same as yours - however, the specifications of the transistors that we're talking about...should remain the same. It's not terribly important that you get the exact part number. What is important though, is that the specifications be exact however. Let me put it this way....I don't know how much you can "slide" by - that's like putting in spark plugs into the cylinder heads of your car's engine that are slightly smaller than the originals - then turning the ignition key to see what happens... :97- |
