Title: Have both 17 & 22 key chips but... Post by: SilverFerret on November 11, 2010, 03:12:36 AM Have both 17 & 22 key chips but... neither do what I need them to do. I have an older Game King with a 59 game software package and had bought a 22 key chip to set it up the way I wanted and quickly realized that I had to basically reset the machine to its defaults everytime I wanted to change just one thing. Although it should allow me to make changes without resetting to defaults, it wont. So I was told I needed a 17 key chip. The 17 key chip will let me set up denoms and games but not appearance settings like screen color and different keno icons and such. I was able to do that at first with the 22 key chip but no longer it seems. The 22 key chip is only allowing the same security level as the 17 key chip. I'm confused... can someone help me?
