I'm only interested in actual OEM/IGT product. Thanks! Title: Re: Do they make these for S2000 machines? Post by: brichter on November 15, 2010, 03:17:43 AM Man, I looked long and everywhere for one for my S+, finally found a guy who didn't have a BV. I installed one for him and asked for the plate as payment. :136-

Yeah, you never find one when you need it. I am thinking about making my own blank plate. Can you post actual dimensions and a picture of the back side, so I can see how it's mounted? Title: Re: Do they make these for S2000 machines? Post by: cowboygames on November 15, 2010, 12:49:39 PM With all the old S2000 doors people are getting rid of maybe someone could cut a few out. There's gotta be room to cut 3 or 4 out of each door.

some flat plate steel, spot weld a bolt to the back of it, round & buff the crap out of it and take it all to a place where they apply some chrome material to the face? :128- Isn't just some sort of a dunking/electrical process? I remember I used to turn pennies into silver when I was a kid...lol Title: Re: Do they make these for S2000 machines? Post by: brichter on November 15, 2010, 02:50:59 PM The hardest part will be getting the curve to match the door.
I'll see if I can get some pics, but it's just a flat chrome plate with 2 studs brazed on the back, and a couple of nuts. |
