 :72- expensive paschislo slot... :25-
what's next - steering wheels on slots?
At least they're trying to make it more interactive with the players.
Pretty soon we will jumping around with Wii paddles trying to win a buck... :97-

Yea, the future is "Space Invaders" type video slots where you play against your neighbor, etc.

The problem with Skill and Gaming is that they need to be able to ensure that all players have an equal chance to win. Grany vs 30 something.....
So where does the skill come into play ??

This is why pinball machines and the like have never morphed into gambling machines because the younger hand/eye is better than the older hand/eye.
Then there is the need to keep the house edge and if they have some players better than others they have a hard time manipulating (aka managing) that.

Then there is the Americans with Disability act .... which grants equal access ....

Japan has no such compucture for equal access to all. Many of their metro stations have upwards of 100 stairs, no elevators, esculators. If your not in good enough shape to use them stay home..
The skill stops are not 100% skill based either. They manage what the output percentages are maintained at. So even if you are good at eye shooting you can't beat the house.

This is where I can see the US market adapting to much higher interactivity but I would not call it skill.

I am also surprized that they have not used more sex in their marketing. I e Bally holds the Playboy franchise. So what is to stop them ffrom having a slot and the more you play the more skin you reveal.

I am sure it would not apeal to all gamblers but a certain percentage would lap this up (pun intended).

They'd be putting those sexious machines behind closed curtained VIP sections
where it would get all mucky, steamy, sticky...etc...
I'm NOT liking that at all...save that for the whorehouses! lol  :97-
