There is no "section" for creating new posts. You go to the main forum page (Click on the Forum Index button, which is under the banner ads at the top of every page), select the board that fits the topic you wish to start, and click on the New Topic button above the board thread listings. I split out your post, renamed it, and moved it to the Tech Talk board. The Users Repair Logs board containing the thread you posted in is only used to post repair solutions, not to ask questions. I'm not familiar with the Oasis network, but hopefully one of our members will be able to help you out.
