Title: DSV00026 and DSV00024 Questions
Post by: Yoeddy1 on December 18, 2010, 06:31:23 AM
Can anybody say definitively whether or not either the DSV00026 or DSV00024 will work in a S2000 Triple Diamond Haywire or S2000 Double Diamond Deluxe?

DSV00026

DSV00024 (I know this one sounds like a DSV00042, which I already have, but I like the "play 1 credit" sounds which the DSV00042 does not reproduce.)

The 24 and 26 card is found in these games.
Type 0 (Titanic, Cigar Aficionado, Chainsaws & Toasters, Triple Lucky 7’s, Hundred or Nothing, The Munsters, Jekyll & Hyde, Tabasco, and I Dream of Jeannie, Sizzling 7’s, Monty Python), Type 2 (Wild Thing), Type 20 (Richard Petty), Type 23 (Phantom of the Opera and The Mummy), and Type 25 (Bonus Sizzling 7’s).
Type 0 (no special features), Type 1 (Slam Dunk, Balloon Bars, etc.), Type 2 (Haywire or Chaos), Type 4 (Spin ‘Til You Win), Type 5 (4th of July), Type 19 (4th Coin Buy-A-Pay), Type 21 (Haywire Deluxe), and Type 23 (random nudge).

You most likely want the DSV00042 card.

Thanks.  So what "game type" is a double diamond deluxe or triple diamond haywire?  I see some references to nudge an haywire games, so I thight I'd ask.

Thanks
Jason

Both those games have non-random nudges, so Type 21.

Interesting.  The DSV00024 video sounds just like the DSV00042...at least the one sound played and rollup sound featured.  Wonder what the dfferences in the chips would be and if the 24 has the nudge and haywire sounds that the 42 has.  Again, the 42 lacks the "play one credit" ding as featured in the video.  The 42 makes a "tick" sound.

Thanks,
Jason
