Title: Aristocrat software question Post by: brunswick on December 22, 2010, 02:40:23 AM What is the smaller "game U3" chip used for?
My XP board dont have a U3 socket. Title: Re: Aristocrat software question Post by: SS308 on December 22, 2010, 08:11:28 PM No XP boards have U3 socket, just had a look at mine as well as the eprom extender pcb & video add on pcb & none use the chip in the pic? Possibly a US thing as Aussie programmes only use the two system eproms plus whatever game chips.
