Title: Get error cose 61 every time turn off on Post by: rjpohl on January 29, 2011, 10:23:49 AM I never seen this maybe someone here has. The machine plays fine. Turn it off and then back on it goes to 61 code. I'm able to clear the error codes like you normally would. Play for a while , turn off on, get 61 code.
Any suggestions? It has a sp731 chip. DBV 145 BV (doesn't work very well, bills hang up and won't take new $20 etc. I've got a post in the classified for a dbv200 head). thanks Bob Title: Re: Get error cose 61 every time turn off on Post by: OhioGaming on January 29, 2011, 12:32:44 PM Change reel and game chips .. if that does not work change CPU board .. if that does not work then motherboard.

Thanks for all the suggestions. The tread that knagl posted looks to be similar to my problem. It will be a week before I can get back to the machine but I will post results.
Title: Re: Get error cose 61 every time turn off on Post by: poppo on February 01, 2011, 09:43:36 PM I would measure the battery voltage. It may be borderline causing the CMOS to get corrupt but not quite to the point of getting a low battery error.
