Title: Stopping in to say Hi
Post by: waltervan on February 04, 2011, 01:19:05 PM
Just joined the forum and wanted to stop in and say Hi.
My name is Walter from Houston TX I learned of Yall from KLOV.com.
I don't think I will have much input in the form of help but I sure have a lot of questions to ask.
I am a HVAC service tech dealing with Commercial & industrial equipment in the greater Houston and surrounding areas.
Thanks
Walter

At this time I have A IGT Double Diamond that I got for free and got it working from surfing the net just needed a new battery and clear ROM. VLC 8724 I picked up for $25 I have already started a thread about it, I just got a Sigma 1700 last night for $50 I have no idea what the story is on it cabinet and monitor look great but it is DOA ill start to look at it this weekend. Other then that I have 4 arcade games and a cherry master. I try to do most of my own repairs with mixed results but for the most part I get them running.

Sounds like you will have some input later but you came to the right place for advice.  I don't know
anything about your latest machine but hope someone will be able to help you on your Sigma 1700.
We have a few very negotiable people on the forum that know's Sigmas.

Wecome to your new family. Are you an authorized repair company for the major brands ? Many members may have HVAC questions for you.

Not a authorized repair company for any one brand but I am factory trained on many Carrier, York, Trane, and McQuay equipment to name a few mainly 100 Tons and up but an air conditioner is just that they all do the same thing just in different ways. Ill answer a question the best I can as long as I feel its safe
