Title: Turning a VLC 8724 into a Pot Of Gold Post by: waltervan on February 04, 2011, 01:26:16 PM I have a very nice LC 8724 that requires a clear rom. From what I have learned it is a lost cause. I was thinking of making it a Pot Of Gold I know Ill need a new wiring harness Ect ect. But what about the touch screen will the 8724 touch screen work for a POG? Any input would be great or if anyone can tell me how to find a clear chip to buy , rent, or barrow that would be great.
