Title: VLC 8825 NJ Coin Mech Error 19.... Post by: rilaw on February 12, 2011, 12:46:15 AM OK, I figured I'd look at my boat anchor, I mean VLC today... I fixed the BV, jumped a battery on the board, and now only have one error left, "Coin Mech Error-19". At first when I got this thing the green wire going into the coin mech plug had been ripped out, I repaired that but still get the error. So I swapped in a known working CC and got the same error. I am currently at a loss :103- Due to the error it sits in "Temp out of order" mode, also says "Demo" Bad harness??

If all the connections look the same it may work? I got fed up with mine and needed to fit my snowblower in the corner of the garage the VLC was in, so I gutted it yesterday and gave away the cab on craigslist today. I believe that the 8825 and the 8725/8724 are two different beasts with two different boards. However, did you see rickh's post here (http://newlifegames.net/nlg/index.php?topic=11492.msg102891#msg102891)? He's parting out a machine that has the board you want -- I'd contact him ASAP. Some kid showed up yesterday with a little car to take my VLC shell that I posted on cl for free. Took the paint right off his rear quarter when we stuffed it in the back seat.... Can these monitors be used in anything? Mine looks brand freakin new! I had an old one I wanted to get rid of, so I stuck it in the cab, killed two birds with one stone...
