Title: crazy reel spin mains Post by: junkman on March 11, 2011, 08:55:38 AM I bally 5000 plus that i have been working on for a while and got it working good . i bought a big lot of program chips the other day and there is a set of bally 5000 crazy reel crazy spin mains in the bunch . im just wondering if anyone knows what these will do if i replace the chips in the machine with these. will it hurt anything . does it make the reels spin backwards . what does crazy reels crazy spin mean . thanks for your time. this is the machine i want to try it on.
Title: Re: crazy reel spin mains Post by: knagl on March 11, 2011, 09:46:58 PM I know on the 6000, "crazy reels" are as you described -- some will spin forward, others backwards (but it's selectable via a DIP switch). I have no experience with a 5000 and can't advise as to whether or not would should try the chips in that machine.
