I have a little problem with my machine, when I try to change games one of the games will not let me reset the static ram. Instead the game starts up normally and in the audit mode tells me to reset the static ram by opening the door and pressing reserve and play 8 lines. Pressing 8 lines and Reserve at the same time does not work as it would in other games such as Penguin Pays (reserve and 7 lines) and I cannot change the game options until the static ram is reset. In the current lockup I notice that it says that the Printer is disconnected, but I don't have a printer for the machine, and I cannot change the collect values to zero or change pay to hopper because the static ram is not reset.

look for a button switch that is tucked inside behind the other button wires, i've had this happen to me before when clear chipping an aristo.  kinda a pain cause you gotta keep reaching in to hit the microswitch during programming but it's doable.  good luck!!
