I have changed Bill acceptors and the same thing. I have reviewed the threads but have not found the solution. thanks in advance. I realize that you changed bill acceptors, but if they all came out of the same batch of machines, it's possible that they were all set the same way. Just a thought, although I think R273 is probably on the right track. He didn't specify which validator it is, but it always makes sense to check the easy things first.
