Title: Inexpensive Slot Stools
Post by: knagl on April 07, 2011, 03:12:22 AM
All-

Just wanted to give you a heads up.  We found these barstools at Target a few months ago and purchased a couple of them.  They're good quality, comfortable, and inexpensive.  They come in 24" and 29" height -- the 29" height is perfect (for me) for a slot machine on a standard casino stand.

Here in the Twin Cities (with the exception of one store that was higher for some reason), they retail for $25.99.  That's a darn good price anyway, but we wanted a bunch of them for the game room and had been waiting for them to go on sale.  We've waited, and waited, and waited... and today that day came, in the form of them being on clearance (at selected stores)!  I just bought six of them for $17.48 a piece.

Please note, that they're not on clearance at every Target store (apparently each store chooses when to put them on clearance  :103- ), so you may have to hunt around to find a store where they're reduced and in stock, but for us it was worth the hunt.

There's more info about them online, as well as a "in stock/out of stock" indication for your local store(s), although the website doesn't indicate prices in store.

The DPCI (stock #) for them is 249-01-0104 if you call a store to ask about stock or pricing.
