Title: Bally 1090 win counter
Post by: wrkey on April 11, 2011, 02:00:48 PM
I recently picked up a 1090 quarter machine and now in the process of restoring it.  I have it working but with a few minor issues.  The first issue is the win counter that is found in the upper right hand of reel glass area.

The one for this machine is completely missing.  I ordered on from an eBay source that said that it would work for my machine, but unfortunately the one I received is too large and there is no 'reset' on it.

So, anyone know where I can order a win counter for this machine?  I only needs 3 digits as the most coins paid in a single spin is 600 and it needs to have a 'reset' mechanism in order to reset the win count to zero at the start of the next spin.

Oh, if you have to know the part number that I could use to locate one that would be great too!

Thanks in advance for any help you can provided,

Rusty

Foxsslots is the place to start looking for Bally parts.
But any of the ads above would do there best to help you out.

Don't see what I need on FoxSlots or any of the websites/ebay stores from the ads above.  :-(

Hi... is it possible to get a few pics of the front and back of the door? Is this slot machine a Bally EM, or the E-Series? I have a few machines I'm getting ready to part out, so I might have what you need..

Thanks Gary

Here's a couple of photos of another machine that I have that actually has the Win Meter.   This machine is the same model as the one missing the Win Meter.   Basically it's an electrical pulse counter with reset capabilities.

When I took a photo of the meter this morning I noticed that there is a part identification tag on the side of the meter but 'hidden' by the supporting bracket.  I will try to get the numbers off it by tomorrow.

You'll also notice this thing is really LONG!   I don't know if they are all like this.. but a shorter one is certainly preferred.  Now I'm get'n picky!

Thanks for any and all the help!

Rusty

The ones I have are off the E-Series machines. Your looking for the earlier ones used on the EM machines. I would still contact Barry at Foxsslots by phone or send him an email to see if he might have one. He use to have some listed on his sight, but I just looked and don't see them any more. He might have sold out or just pulled the ad due to no sales?? Just found the print out I had, he did have a digital replacement meters for the 1088, 1090, 1091, 1096, etc, that replaced the mechanical ones. He was getting $7.99, but this was a yr ago. Good luck with your search...

FoxsSlots came through!  I now have a fully functional exact replacement win meter!  Yeah!
