Title: 88 1 code BALLY 6000 BLACK&WHITE 5x Post by: jer3270 on April 22, 2011, 06:07:09 PM Hi, This machine(black&white 5x pay) had a code 31 flashing and then a 55 flashing back and forth. I then seen the hopper laying next to it and put the hopper in the machine with it powered ON :279- and now get a 88 1 at power up. Any ideas on where to start on this one? What # chips are in the u-28 & u-43 on the other board? code 55 is for bill acceptor stacker. Do you have the bill acceptor & can in? After put the hopper in with the power on, It gave me the code 88 1 I shut it off and fired it back up ,it lights up and does nothing but show a 88 1 in the window. No reels shaking or bill validator cycling. ????
