Title: BV HEADS - CYCLE - DO NOT ACCEPT BILLS Post by: FOXSSLOTS1 on April 23, 2011, 02:00:10 PM S+ application have 3 WBA-11/12/13 transports - with info tags saying they have V3.60 031 software - all bit switchs are off I believe - anyway - no matter what BV heads (10 different ones) I use - the BV cycle and cycle - after awhile they stop - closing the door - the bezel lights up indicating okay but will not accept bills - that is - will not feed the bill - dead. Have one transport with ID-003 V3.01-201 which is Dead. ???

Title: Re: BV HEADS - CYCLE - DO NOT ACCEPT BILLS Post by: FOXSSLOTS1 on April 25, 2011, 02:42:21 PM tried running test/diagnostic - set the bits to all off - 8 on - power up - both leds are lit - changing #5 to on 8 off and the head makes some noise as if the motors are activating but no motion. If I understand the diagnostic ? 8 on power up - the leds should be flashing? tried different transports (wba 11 12 etc) and various heads ALL do not have the leds flashing - both are ON. Tried this with a KNOWN WORKING TRANSPORT.
