Definitely a Casino machine, but I get no hits on Centaur on Google or NLG except for some really old stuff. This one looks to be from around the 60's or 70's ... Is this thing a collectors item ? It was called a Caillie Centaur. Maybe your machine was made later as an aftermarket?
