If this there is an old Gaminator machine with coolfire I: Probably the broken soldering to the phototransistor or to the ir led diode in optical beam sensor with location on the right side somewhere under the Banknote validator. If this there is an Gaminator machine or "Video network terminal" : Bad contacts on door switch or malfunction power supply adapters for the lcd monitor can generate electromagnetic interference that occurs repeatedly phenomenon indicates that the machine "door open", and other strange events than yellow screens and siren. This power adapter nevertheless damaged, still powered LCD monitor. This error can be detected, so that the damaged adapter is too hot.
